Clinical Pharmacist (ASP-ID)
The Loma Linda VA Medical Center is currently recruiting for a Antimicrobial Stewardship - Infectious Diseases Clinical Pharmacist Provider (ASP-ID CPP). The ASP-ID CPP is a highly trained medication management expert, serving as a Clinical Pharmacist Provider (CPP) and consultant in highly complex, clinical scenarios, collaborating with healthcare providers to ensure safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of antimicrobial medications throughout the facility. BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Citizenship: Citizen of the United States Education: Applicants must possess one of the following: Graduate of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited College or School of Pharmacy with a baccalaureate degree in pharmacy (BS Pharmacy) and/or a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
