Overview Atlantic Visiting Nurse, part of Atlantic Health System, is seeking full-time Registered Nurses to work days, weekends on our Rehab Team. In this position you will work with adult and geriatric patients of all backgrounds in their homes, with emphasis on orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses. You must be compassionate, thoughtful, and comfortable working with elderly patients. You will be responsible for managing a caseload, so time management and critical thinking skills are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs.Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: Physical assessment of patient providing MD ordered treatments, extensive patient education, frequent communicati
