Pharmacist - Home Care - Home Infusion - Part Time SUMMARY: This Valley Children's Home Care position is accountable for providing safe and effective pharmaceutical care in the homecare setting. Serves as pharmacology consultant, a patient advocate, and a fiscal conscience to the healthcare team while providing clinical services to meet the needs of patients/care providers, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members.
