The Pharmacy Supervisor (Outpatient), located in Pharmacy Service is fully responsible for the daily professional and administrative operation of all pharmacy programs in the VA Chicago Health Care System's highly diverse teaching and research medicine hospital. The Pharmacy Supervisor (Outpatient) establishes controls and evaluates the effectiveness of personnel, equipment, ongoing pharmacy programs, and shares in the development of new programs.
