Registered Nurse Infection Prevention Control (IPC)
The Infection Prevention & Control Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care and/or program requirements. He/she is accountable for adhering to established policies, standards of care and standards of practice. The Infection Prevention & Control, Registered Nurse assumes the following roles and responsibilities: 1. This position requires flexibility in schedule and assignment, as this is a 24/7 facility. 2.
